On January 23, 2025, COMPLANT convened its 2025 Annual Work Conference. More than 200 participants attended the meeting both on-site and via video link, including Zhu Zhenmin, Chairman of COMPLANT, Zhang Hui, Zhao Yu and Wang Jingtao, Deputy General Managers of COMPLANT; Chen Jianping, Chairman of the Supervisory Board appointed by the International Company, and Zhao Chunhui, Director of the International Company; responsible persons of functional departments, middle and senior managers of the Joint-Stock Company, Daqian Company, European Region and Huayang Company, representatives of commended units, staff representatives, and personnel from local companies.

The meeting first conveyed and studied the spirit of the 2025 work conferences of the Group Company and International Company as well as the spirit of speeches by Group leaders. Zhu Zhenmin, Chairman of COMPLANT, delivered a speech themed "Build on Past Achievements to Embark on a New Journey, Work Pragmatically to Write a New Chapter, and Strive for New Glories of the New COMPLANT in the New Era", which comprehensively summarized the company's Party building and operational work in the previous year. In 2024, the company's strategic goals have gradually become clear, the effectiveness of coordinated development has been prominent, international business has progressed in an orderly manner, and operational risks have been gradually mitigated. Assets have been further consolidated, the coordinated development of new energy and green environmental protection businesses has been carried out, the safety production situation has remained stable, and the company is rapidly integrating into the General Management System. Zhu Zhenmin pointed out that the domestic and international political and economic situations are intricate, with both opportunities and challenges in the industry. The global green and low-carbon transition has become an irresistible trend; it is expected that global new energy installed capacity will triple by 2030, and the main investors in the new energy market such as wind, solar and energy storage are becoming increasingly diversified. Zhu Zhenmin required all staff to adopt a high-spirited attitude of "starting with a decisive battle and sprinting from the beginning" to fully commit to completing the key tasks of 2025. It is imperative to adhere to the "Six Persistences": first, adhere to deepening reform and ensure full integration; second, adhere to optimizing the platform and ensure the profitability of the joint-stock company; third, adhere to development quality and ensure operational efficiency; fourth, adhere to risk prevention and control and actively revitalize assets; fifth, adhere to system construction and improve governance capacity; sixth, adhere to the leadership of Party building and ensure healthy development.
