On December 6, 2024, the “2024 Golden Bull Enterprise Sustainable Development Forum and the 2nd China Reform Cup · ESG Golden Bull Award Ceremony” co-hosted by China Securities Journal and China Reform Holdings Corporation Limited was held in Shanghai. The ESG Golden Bull Award aims to encourage listed companies to actively practice ESG construction, strengthen corporate management, market value management and risk management, and achieve long-term sustainable development, enjoying broad social recognition. In recent years, Complant Ltd has attached great importance to ESG-related work. It has incorporated the leadership and decision-making functions of ESG management into the company's board of directors, and formulated the “Interim Measures for the Management of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Work”.
