OSRAM Kulim Phase 2 Project, Constructed by COMPLANT-affiliated Tialoc Group, Awarded LEED Gold Certification

Recently, the OSRAM Kulim Phase 2 Project in Malaysia, constructed by Tialoc Group—a subsidiary of COMPLANT—was awarded LEED v4 BD+C Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), becoming the first project of its scale among manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia to receive this recognition. The announcement was made official by AMS OSRAM through its corporate social media channels.


During constructin of the project for AMS OSRAM, Tialoc Group integrated advanced green building principles with localized experience throughout the project implementation, adhering to the highest international standards and embedding sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental protection into every phase of the project. Comprehensive optimization and innovation were carried out in resource utilization, energy management, and environmental protection.


This LEED Gold certification not only highlights the technical expertise and management capabilities of Chinese central state-owned enterprises in overseas engineering projects, but also underscores the deepened collaboration and shared progress between China and Southeast Asian countries in the field of green, low-carbon development.
