China National Complete Plant Import & Export Group Corporation Limited （hereinafter referred to as “Genertec COMPLANT”） was established in 1959 as a specialized agency of the Chinese government to organize and implement the economic and technical foreign-aid projects of the Chinese government. In 2024, the company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genertec, fully embracing Genertec’s “Green Genertec” development philosophy and charting a new course for high-quality growth.

Genertec COMPLANT currently has nine wholly-owned and majority-controlled subsidiaries and holds stakes in two associate enterprises. Among its controlled entities is China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation Limited (stock code: 000151.SZ), which was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September 2000.

Since its integration into Genertec, the company has centered its strategy on a dual-engine approach, which is “New Energy + Environmental Protection”, actively building an integrated green industrial ecosystem encompassing clean energy generation, environmental protection technology-based remediation, circular resource regeneration, and smart service empowerment. It completed corporate restructuring and was renamed China National Complete Plant Import & Export Group Co., Ltd.

The company was transferred to Genertec, becoming Genertec’s strategic platform in the “New Energy + Green Environmental Protection” sector
